At Lentii, we offer pre-order options on selected products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before they become available.

Placing a Pre-Order

When you place a pre-order, your purchase is confirmed at checkout, and payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge that the product will ship at a later date than standard in-stock items.

Estimated Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be displayed on the product page whenever available.

Please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production schedules, inventory availability, supplier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

Pre-Order Items With Other Products

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise communicated.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before the order enters processing or fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Refunds and Returns
